They will last for 3-5 days once picked up or shipped out. Proper storage will ensure the shelf-life and freshness. Exposure to air can cause your cookies to go stale much more quickly. For best results, store the cookies in an airtight container and re-heat before consuming.  

Generally speaking, the cookies will taste the best eaten within the first day or two of purchase. 

Set your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and place the cookies on a parchment paper lined baking tray. Once the oven is pre-heated, bake the cookies for 4-5 minutes.  

Alternatively, you can use the microwave for 10 seconds, but the oven tends to be more even. Be careful not to overheat the cookies as they might burn, overbake or melt the glaze/icing (if they have a glaze/icing).
